The Club produced winning 'A' crews in all age groups this year, and the total number of successes was more than ever. These results were based on regular hard training, mercifully not curtailed overmuch by illness or bad weather. Our goals were made more possible by constant improvement to the standard of equipment and by a welcome newcomer to the coaching team — Mr. G.W.Bishop. We were also grateful to several boy-coaches for their help in training crews.

The reports which are printed below are fleeting glances at the doings of boats, crews and coaches during what must rank as one of the most eventful of seasons for the Club.
