The toute which is drawn on the map is from the motorway A11. For you coming from Rennes, take exit porte de Gevre towards Nantes centre - Université. Then exit porte de la chapelle and follow université.

The boathouse is on the West bank of the River Erdre about 100metres North of the Bridge joining Boulevard Eugene Orieux with Boulevard des Belges.

To reach the boathouse by car, starting at the above bridge:
Go up for about 300m
Turn Right into Route de la Haute Foret
Turn right into university through electric gate
If you miss Route de la Haute Foret, go on to the tram roundabout and turn right beside the tram track, then turn hair-pin right into Route de la Haute Foret then left into university grounds.

There is a tram stop just North of the junction of Boulevard Henry Orrion and Boulevard Eugene Orieux. Name of Stop is 'Sciences'
