Payment
The overall cost of the trip is estimated to be £450 per person. Bluefriars funds are available to help pay some of the costs so the standard charge is £400. The availability of subsidy from Bluefriars depends on the generosity of donors, so we are always grateful when parents contribute to the fund. In the past, some have paid £500, with Gift aid being used for payments in the excess of the actual cost of the trip. We have to pay for the ferry tickets early in February. Please e-mail separately to Julian Bewick (Julian@Bewick.org) if you plan to pay after 10 February, or plan to pay less than £400, in which case the Bluefriars fund will make an extra grant (assuming that the total requested by the whole party is not excessive).

Any donations in excess of the actual cost of the trip can be given the using the Gift Aid scheme.

The charge for the trip includes all transport, accommodation and meals. No other funding is needed, though a small amount of pocket money is usually appreciated.

Amount in pounds which you plan to pay towards the trip
Date you expect to pay for the trip
if the cost of the trip is less than the amount I pay, please treat the excess as a gift aid donation
if the cost of the trip is less than the amount I pay, please treat the excess as a donation outside the gift aid scheme
if the cost of the trip is less than the amount I pay, please refund the excess payment to me
